I am not sure what species of tillandsia this is, but i have kept it for over 2 years now. And it is such a slow-grower that at one point i thought it was dead. It’s just a green, dead tillandsia.
However, sometime in November, it started to form a long flower stalk, that grew very slowly over the course of 2 months, and finally gave off a bright yellow flower.
Such a beauty.
They say the best part of gardening is the value of patience. And since I started, i have grown to be more peaceful and patient. I hope you enjoy this yellow flower!
